Everyone is talking about Ai and its potential impact on Professional Services and other selected Industries and so the tacit assumption is that Ai will replace many of the traditional services offered by Professionals, including Accountants, Lawyers and Financial Planners in particular.
However, here at IFX we are very excited about Ai and its potential to engage more professionals in the process of electronic research and preparation of Advice.
So why are we so upbeat about the impact of Ai?
Well, it boils down to the fact that for every piece of an Ai response requested by a Professional, that response will need to be verified by a Specialist Professional.
Our Specialist Advisers can quickly and securely validate an Ai machine response, and suggest any changes, deletions or additions required to formulate a client Advice, with all of the indemnities and liabilities that are also part of a Client recommendation.
At IFX, we already have this process under control – it’s called a Case Review – and we are geared and ready to review any Professional Response arising from Ai or for that matter any Case, whether it be Ai generated or a regular Business Practice issue.
